Questions
What does one download include?
Everything for that design: every part and file, for 24 hours, even if you change the settings. A new picture, shape or wording is a new download.
Which credits are used first?
Monthly plan credits are used first, so your pack credits last as long as possible.
How does rolling over work?
Unused plan credits carry on to the next month. You can save up to 3 months' worth, e.g. 150 on Maker. Past that, the extra month's credits aren't added.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, any time on My account. Your plan runs until the end of the month you paid for, and the credits you have stay yours to use.
Can I have a plan and packs?
Yes. Buy packs whenever you like. You can have one monthly plan at a time; to change it, cancel and pick a new one.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Square. Forge Studio never sees your card details. See our refund policy.
