We want you to be happy with what you download. Email [email protected] from your account's email address and tell us what happened.

A download didn't work

If a file won't open, is broken, or isn't what the preview showed, tell us and we'll fix it or give the credits back.

Credit packs

If you change your mind, we'll refund a pack in full within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of its credits have been used.

Monthly plans

You can cancel any time on My account, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-months. If you forgot to cancel and haven't used any of that month's credits, email us within 7 days of the payment and we'll refund it.

Your rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy is in addition to those rights.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Square, and usually show within 5 to 10 business days. Refunded credits are taken off your balance.
