Terms of use

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms cover using forgestudioapp.com ("Forge Studio", "we", "us"). By making an account or buying credits you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep your email safe, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One person may have one account. Free sign-up credits are a launch offer and are limited per internet connection.

Credits

Monthly plans

A plan is charged every month on the day you started it, until you cancel. You can cancel any time on My account. It then stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and you keep the credits you have. If we change a plan's price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies, so you can cancel first if you want to.

Payments

Prices are in Australian dollars. Payments are handled by Square; we never see or store your card details. See our refund policy.

Your designs and pictures

Your pictures and designs stay on your own device: they're processed in your browser and aren't uploaded to us. You're responsible for having the right to use any picture, character, logo or words you put into a design, especially if you sell what you print. Don't use Forge Studio to make anything illegal, or anything that copies someone else's trade mark or artwork without permission.

The files you download

You can print the files and sell the things you print. Please don't resell or share the files themselves. 3D prints vary with your printer, settings and material, so always check a print before using it, and read our food safety notes for anything that touches food. You're responsible for making bath bombs, soaps and similar products safely.

Fair use

Please don't try to get around the credit system, overload the site, or make extra accounts to collect free credits. We may remove credits gained that way, or close accounts that do it.

Our responsibility

We work hard to make the tools reliable, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for a problem is limited to fixing it, restoring your credits, or refunding what you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it applies.
